Order and Shipping Information

To place an order, select the item description and size in their appropriate boxes, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The PayPal shopping cart screen will display, showing the current contents of your cart.

If your order is complete, you may click the "Check Out" button and finish your transaction.
Otherwise, you may click "Continue Shopping" and you will be returned to the product page.

If you change your mind about an item placed in the shopping cart, you may click
on the "Shopping Cart" link on any page and change the quantity of the item.
If you change the item quantity to zero (0), it will be removed from the cart.

PrettiPawz garments are all hand made and have fine trims such as shells, sequins,
rhinestones, suede fringe, and similar delicate materials. Please hand wash
in cold water using mild detergent. Dry flat, press with a cool iron.

Our transactions are securely processed through PayPal. We accept credit cards or PayPal
account payments. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to make a purchase, but if you would
like to become a member, you will be given that opportunity when you make your purchase.

We usually ship via the US Postal Service. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 to ship one to ten (1 - 10) items,
and $10.00 for eleven to twenty (11 - 20) items. A garment with its leash is considered one item.

Unused garments may be returned for exchange only. In the case of flawed or
damaged construction, items will be repaired and returned to you at no charge.
